Ordering Samples

As a Geon Tile customer, you can receive up to 4 samples, free of charge. All you have to do is pick up the shipping – the tile is on us. To have samples shipped, add the desired tiles to your cart using the “add to cart” and “checkout” process. There are a few exceptions that apply. Read on to see if these apply to you.

Multiple Samples

Occasionally customers are looking to acquire multiple samples of a specific tile pattern and colour in order to map out tessellations. When doing so, be sure to add the tiles to your shopping cart individually as the checkout process automatically defaults to a single tile sample. In order to stabilize inventory quantities, Geon Tile limits the number of samples of each pattern to four (4).

Out-of-Stock Tiles

With so many patterns on the shelf, stock-outs do occur from time to time. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you would like to inquire about any of our out of stock tiles. We can put you on our notification list for when products return.

Variation Expectations

Due to the inherent qualities of handmade tile and natural materials, variations can and will occur from tile to tile. Sample tiles are representative of the specified colour but vary slightly by product run. When ordering samples, be sure to consider these variations as Geon Tile does not warrant an exact duplicate of your sample tile.
