Domestic Shipments
We have put this section together for our customers to help manage expectations and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
We pick and prepare in-stock orders within two business day of receipt. Items in your cart will have a stated expected shipping timeline. The timeline stated includes our warehouse processing time as well as an allotment of one business day for the carrier to pick up the shipment from the Geon Tile distribution centre.
You may notice that, if you are increasing your order quantity, that the total lead time has changed. When this occurs, it isn’t a gremlin in your computer. It simply means that we don’t have all of your tile in stock and that we will have to wait until our next shipment of that product arrives to fulfil your order.
If a tile is out of stock, you can be sure that replenishment is on the way. Beautiful Geon Tiles take between 8 and 10 weeks to get to our warehouse, product dependent.
International Shipments
Geon Tile ships throughout North America, so don’t be intimidated if you need a shipment to leave Canada for the United States. Please do keep in mind that import duties and taxes are not included in the stated shipping estimate and will need to be arranged. Geon Tile does not provide customs brokering services for international orders. Geon Tile can assist you in assessing your country’s import regulations to identify any further fees that may apply.
Special Packaging or Crating
Large tiles are even more susceptible to damage during shipping and may require additional crating or packaging to safely secure your order. Geon charges a $50 crating fee on all large format terrazzo orders. This fee will appear in the Shipping line of your cart as an addition to the flat rate shipping.
