Do you offer a warranty?

Geon Tile warrants that our product, as delivered, will be reasonably free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.

Defective product will be replaced provided notice is given and acknowledged prior to installation, per our Terms and Conditions, within 30 days of receipt.

Warranty does not include:

Delivery, lead time, or transit time guarantees

Improper installations or handling by installer or end-user including, but not limited to damage from mishandling of the product, physical or chemical abuse, and damage from improper care and maintenance.
